I am looking to see how other Ed Foundations handle Paid Family Leave for their employees. Do you offer anything in addition to what your district's benefits provide? Currently, we can purchase short term disability through our district, but our board is considering offering something additional.

Don't think I can be much help here. Our Foundation does not offer anything in addition to what MISD provides.

Same here, Randy. Our education foundation doesn't provide anything other than what the district provides.

Same with us when we had a district staff member assigned to the foundation we were only offering what the district has currently in place. Since we are completely separate now, our only benefits are those the foundation has outlined within personnel policies of flex time, vacation, and holiday time off. We are looking at adding insurance benefits in the future but that's about it.
