I have a client looking for D&O insurance. If you have someone to recommend, please add a reply. They are seeking a $1 million dollar policy.

Explanation: D&O insurance is Directors and Officers liability insurance. This insurance provides coverage for the individuals serving on your board against alleged or actual wrongful acts in their leadership of the nonprofit corporation. Note that this policy doesn't protect individuals from being sued for the actions of the organization, but it covers costs, settlements, etc. if you DO get sued. We recommend that our clients get D&O insurance as soon as they can afford it.
